Karen, I wanted to send an e-mail to you, to let you know what an awesome job Visions did for my granddaughter's wedding this past Monday, September 3rd. First of all, the food was delicious!! There was plenty of it, and everybody commented on how good it was. Please thank Chad for all of his hard work.

Second, all of the people that came to set up and serve the food were quiet, efficient, and very friendly. They did several things above and beyond their catering job, such as wiping chairs when we switched back to having the wedding outdoors, after the afternoon thunderstorm, moving a table for me, and saving the day, when your manager came to help salvage the wedding cake. I just can't say enough about how wonderful all of your people were. All of my family and the bride and groom all agreed that Visions saved the day, with all their hard work. Hi Karen,We wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with Visions Catering for our daughter's wedding. The event manager, Tammy, was beyond wonderful! She was extremely professional, while at the same time, she was very compassionate and showed continued kindness and patience to us over the entire event. The staff were very efficient with every aspect of their duties. In addition, they went above the call of duty to help out with other tasks, including assisting in lighting 400 candles! They also helped pack up the decorations.

In addition, the food was delicious and we heard many compliments from our guests. Once again, our experience could not have been any better.

My favorite was the salmon and zuchinni/squash, but everyone that I have talked to has said different things. Many people loved the oysters, appetizers, filet, EVERYTHING!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU... I just want to thank you, everything was awesome. The decor and everything looked great. Visions did a great job with the tables, candy bar, linens, bar, etc. I was amazed at how it looked, very classy. Everyone though the food was excellent. Everyone keeps commenting and raved about the Prime rib and Beef wellington. My best man is a chef at a very fancy restaurant in Raleigh and told me the food was supuerb, he usually picks food apart instead of rave about them... The bartenders were great, everything got done that was to be done. From the beginning to end Visions was a pleasure to deal with, you all communicate well, respond to requests or changes very quickly. Karen is a great director. Thank you again, exceeded my expectation and I would recommend Visions to anyone. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The wait staff was very professional and friendly, they made sure that everyones drinks stayed full and as a bonus they personally served the bride and groom. We had a buffet style dinner and it was really nice because all my husband and I had to do was sit at our table and the staff came asked what we would like and brought everything to us. As far as our guests, they relased each table starting with the bridal party, then family and finally the rest of the guests, it ran very smoothly.

The 2 managers (can't remember their names -- Tammy and Dana?) were excellent and helped the night flow very smoothly! Several people remarked that this was one of the nicest rehearsal dinners they had been to, and that it was nicer than many wedding receptions as well! Hi, Julie and Visions staff, Thanks to all of you for making Jennifer and Jack's reception all we had hoped for. You were wonderful from our first meeting and food tasting, through all the phone calls to answer my questions, to the final "production"! The staff was wonderful and so thoughtful, sending a plate of fruit and crackers upstairs to Jennifer and the girls while they waited, fixing a plate of bruschetta and fruit from the lobby for Jenn to have when they finally got into the reception, and attending to every little detail. The tables and buffet tables looked great. Your staff also looked great and very professional. And the food----yum! It was all delicious! It was all we had hoped for!
